The Commissioner

Professor Nyerhovwo Tonukari

Professor Nyerhovwo Tonukari is a distinguished academic and administrator with decades of experience in the field of biotechnology, genetics, and higher education. As the Honourable Commissioner for Higher Education in Delta State, he is committed to reforming and revitalizing the State’s tertiary education landscape through quality assurance, institutional development, and innovative policy direction.
